Here is a list of the worst work at home websites we have come across. Stay away from these.

Work At Home Scam #1

Envelope Stuffing Opportunities

Most companies don’t tell you everything. They make huge promises that they never intend to deliver on. The promise you up to $5 an envelope but they don’t tell you that you have to do these things:

1. Advertise a product in newspapers or magazines.

2. Ask potential customers to send you a self addressed stamped envelope with money in it

3. If, by some miracle you get the s.a.s.e with the money in it, then, you send them the info and you keep the money.

The chances of you getting any response is little to none. Would you send someone money to get information that you are not even guaranteed to get. I don’t think so.

Work At Home Scam #2

Data Entry/Typing Opportunities

The ads claim that you can earn tons of cash by simply typing or doing data entry from home.

They tell you that you only need to type a few lines per page and the money will start rolling in. In reality, these guys are lying to you from word one. What you really have to do is pay for, create and place ads to promote a product. The only time you get paid is if someone buy the product from your ad.

Companies are charging up to $100.00 for you to basically advertise for them. Don’t do it!

Work At Home Scam #3

Processing Medical Insurance Claims

There are a very few legitimate medical transcription opportunities out there, they include training and certification. They do not promise to make you rich overnight. If this is something you want to do find an accredited school and get started the right way.

The ones to stay away from are ones that promise you overnight success and buckets of money. Some even claim that you can make $1000 a week even if you don’t have any experience.

You will be urged to purchase software programs that cost a lot of money and told that you need very expensive training sessions that will teach you literally, nothing.

The promise to connect you with companies that need your services. LIE that will not happen.

Realize that the market for this kind of work is very small and even if you make it through all of the scams that I have described above, your chances of getting employment are very, very slim

I am constantly researching and adding new scams to the site check back often
